WEINER: “TODAY WE ARE ALL LONDONERS”

New York City – Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-Queens & Brooklyn), a member of the House Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security, released the following statement about the terror attacks in London:

“Today we New Yorkers have a message for all the citizens of London -- we are with you.

“And we have a message for terrorists. You will not win.

“Today is a day that reminds us all here of an important truth. Despite all the politics and arguments -- what unites us is much stronger than what divides us.

“As I have said before, security and safety must be our first priority.

“Today’s horror in London reminds us we must always be vigilant. And that we will always stand with those who have stood with us. Today we are all Londoners.”
