New York City -- Today, the IOC authorized New York City to come up with an alternative plan to win the Olympics now that the West Side stadium deal has fallen apart. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-Queens & Brooklyn) released the following statement:

"Its not often that you get a second chance to do the right thing: build a stadium in Queens that the whole City can support."
