Early on during the breakfast event at the Grand Hyatt -before anyone raised the subject - he delivered the sound bites of the day when he said that Mr. Ferrer's proposal to impose a tax on stock trades temporarily was 'kind of like someone running for governor of Wisconsin proposing a dairy tax.' "
